These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tiny Global Village LLC's (“TGV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at tinyglobalvillage.com, our agency services, our community directory, and any SMS communications with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
TGV is a website building agency and a community directory platform. Our Services include designing, building, and hosting websites for clients; listing client businesses on our directory; enabling connections between listed clients; and customer support related to these services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into these Terms on your own behalf. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The following additional terms apply to all SMS communications with TGV. By texting us, by checking the SMS-consent box on our contact form, or by asking us to follow up by text, you agree to these terms.

Where Services are paid, fees, billing cycle, and refund policy are set out in the engagement agreement, statement of work, or order page you accept. Payments are processed by Stripe; their processor terms and privacy policy also apply to payment data.
The “Yellow Pages” is TGV's community directory: published listings for Village businesses, visible on tinyglobalvillage.com, including live schedule information drawn from each business's own site.
Apart from Client Content (which you own), all materials on the Services — including the TGV brand, logos, design, code, and directory compilation — are owned by TGV or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services as described in these Terms.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Telnyx for SMS, Cloudflare for DNS, our hosting providers). We are not responsible for those third parties' content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TGV and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your Client Content, or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable statement of work or order. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if continued provision is legally or commercially impractical, or with reasonable notice for convenience. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7 through 14) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (excluding its conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
